We are seeking an exceptional and highly motivated individual to join our team as an Associate Director of Sales, primarily focused on the US market with UK market responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in managing teams and a deep understanding of the K-12 education sector, specifically in the US market.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead a small sales team, providing mentorship and strategic guidance to achieve sales targets.
2. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the US and UK markets.
3. Oversee the sales process, including lead generation, pitching, and closing deals.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation efforts.
5. Identify and establish partnerships with key players in the EdTech and K-12 education sectors.
6. Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients while expanding the customer base.
7. Work closely with the US P&L leader to achieve organizational objectives.
8. US shift and UK shift and the role is office-based in Bangalore with 6 days working.
Must Haves:
1. 8+ years of experience in the EdTech sector, particularly in K-12 education.
2. Proven success in selling high-ticket educational products or services.
3. Familiarity with the US and UK education markets, especially in relation to parents seeking math courses for their children (UKG to Grade 9).
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with a remote team.
5. Strong logical and analytical thinking, capable of devising and executing strategic sales plans.
6. Strong experience in front-ended sales for the US market in the EdTech sector.
