About Role : Enable the Sales team to have effective systems to help them be more productive and effective in their roles. The successful candidate will be directly responsible for scaling our global sales operations by leveraging the best-in-class technology, business process & project management skills. Further, this position ensures data integration & collaboration between cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Sales, & Finance.
In an ideal week/month, below is what you will be focusing on :- Lead a team of sales operations professionals.
- Oversee the sales funnel. Streamlining and optimizing the sales process.
- Selecting, implementing, and managing sales automation tools.
- Manage CRM data.
- Perform sales forecasting.
- Work with sales leadership to develop organizational goals.
- Managing the delivery of sales enrollment webinars across geographies
Requirements :- 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations
- 3+ years of managing a team
- Good with Program & People Management skills
- Analytics and Reporting expertise is a must
- It Would be great if the person has a deep understanding of CRM and Database Software
