1. Championing improved service delivery for existing clients
2. Advisory Lead on crisis
3. Ensure client retention, renewals and timely collections

Team Management
1. Ensuring support and direction to the team on improving service quality
2. Reviewing team performance on client and conduct load assessment
3. Ensuring timely reviews of performance on the KRAs with constructive feedback
4. Team engagement and motivation
5. Identifying training needs and intimating the training team for further action and plan
New Business Development
1. Driving revenue through NBD and VAS
2. NBD presentation and ideation
