Responsible for Sales for BaaS
- Create BaaS as a value proposition in the market with distinctive benefits
- BaaS to include platform/middleware sales for issuance (credit and prepaid) & payments with a focus on solution sales.
- Meet with Corporates, Banks, NBFCs, Fintechs, Digital SMEs with a pitch on BaaS solutions
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle of prospecting, pre-sales, pitch, commercial proposal acceptance, legal agreement discussions and closure
- Maintain oversight on implementation and delivery for his/ her own clients.
- Ensure billing and recovery
- Maintain relationship with key stakeholders at client and updates client on latest offers/ rewards
- Generate cross-sell for Business Credit sales wherever applicable
- Channelize feedback from the client to product, quality and to senior leadership
It's essential that you:
- Have 3 - 5 years of experience working in a similar profile.
- Are an MBA graduate from a ranked university or equivalent
- Have expert domain knowledge on payments, issuance, credit cards, prepaid, processing and related fields
- Have a Go-getter attitude with a focus on closure
- Have good communication skills
- Display persistence and resilience and can follow up regularly until he/ she receives a satisfactory response
