- To Work with sales leadership to develop, execute, optimize and assess sales enablement activities.
- Craft and own an elaborate and comprehensive sales playbook and content repository for the organization.
- Communicate enablement strategy and KPIs to stakeholders across business functions.
- To lead sales operations for the organization and support the sales team for any LnD related requirements.
Profile :
- 8+ years experience in a high-performance sales organisation driving sales operations or enablement.
- A strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools and training.
- Experience with content management and learning management systems.
