- The Associate Director - Sales will be responsible for leading the sales efforts in the Emerging Corporates segment across the North Region. This role involves driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and leading a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the of B2B industry, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to foster relationships with key stakeholders in the corporate sector.
Sales Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets in the Emerging Corporates segment.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to refine the sales approach.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by targeting emerging corporates in the North Region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in the target segment.
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients in the Emerging Corporates segment.
Revenue Growth & Financial Management:
- Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets and expanding the client base.
- Collaborate with the finance team to monitor sales budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
Qualifications & Experience:
- An MBA degree from a reputed institute
- 5 years B2B value selling experience with at least 2 years in SaaS
- Excellent communication skills
