This role seeks a highly experienced and data-driven SDR leader with a proven track record in the Logistics/Supply Chain industry. The ideal candidate will be a skilled coach, strategist, and motivator who can build and empower a high-performing SDR team to achieve aggressive pipeline goals. International experience, multilingual abilities, and proficiency in relevant sales tools are further advantages.

Responsibilities:

Leadership and Pipeline Growth:

- Lead and manage an SDR team, setting and achieving ambitious quarterly and annual pipeline generation goals.

- Identify and qualify high-potential target accounts and prospects aligned with the ideal customer profile (ICP).

- Develop and implement effective pipeline generation strategies like campaigns, calling outreach, and social media engagement.

- Optimize qualified leads and accelerate their path towards conversion.

- Collaborate with sales and marketing to ensure seamless handoff and maximize pipeline creation.

SDR Empowerment and Support:

- Coach and motivate SDRs to exceed KPIs through personalized coaching, creative solutions, and data-driven insights.

- Develop and maintain SDR best practices, pitches, and objection handling techniques.

- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment with knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Market and Product Expertise:

- Possess deep understanding of the company's products, use cases, and value proposition.

- Identify new market segments for company expansion.

- Localize messaging and campaigns for different geographies to achieve high engagement.

Operational Efficiency and Data-Driven Decision Making:

- Maintain good Salesforce hygiene and regularly update client information.

- Utilize Sales Automation tools, CRM, and calling tools effectively.

- Leverage data to refine targeting, messaging, and overall optimization.

Requirements:

- 8-10 years of enterprise SDR experience, preferably in the Logistics/Supply Chain industry.

- 5+ years of leading SDR/Inside Sales teams.

- International/Global market experience preferred.

- Technology/SaaS sales background advantageous.

- Excellent English communication skills (multilingual a bonus).

- Customer-centric approach with sharp business acumen and target orientation.

- Problem-solving aptitude and strong organizational/multitasking skills.

- Openness to travel and experience with B2B SaaS outbound sales development.-

Proficiency in Sales Engagement Platform and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
