We are looking to hire Associate Director ( Sales ) in Cyber Security Practice for a Big 4 :

About Cyber Security Practice :

Our Client cater to clients in various sectors, however, primarily focused on Government, Financial Services, Telecom and IT/ITeS. They help clients structure their cyber agenda to be proactive and resilient. They largely focus on Advisory, Implementation and Sustenance programs for our clients. Our work spans across the following:

- Security implementation - Specific product implementation

- Identity and Access Management

- Threat & Vulnerability Management

- Managed security services

- Risk and Compliance

- Incident Management

- Security Operations Centre advisory

- Cyber-forensics

Background to the position:

Associate Director in the Cyber practice are leadership roles who have the responsibility of taking up revenue campaigns/ accounts/ competency portfolio's and developing them. An AD will guide the team to be able to deliver the portfolio that has been assigned to them.

- Business Acumen - Understands how business works and keep how it is changing. Keep up to date on industry trends and leading practices.

- Global Acumen - Develop and operate with a global mind-set and engage productively in a complex and changing environment.

- Delivery excellence and Project governance - Ability to oversee delivery on projects such as Threat & Vulnerability Management, Security consulting, Identity and Access Management, Security Operations centre. Ensure project profitability, quality as well as adherence to the agreed project plan

- Market leadership/ Business development - Ability to be able to generate leads/ opportunities in the market and position PwC as a credible solution provider. Commercial acumen of building pricing models which are profitable and appealing to the client. Conceptualising proposals and thought leadership; working with the leadership team. Ability to convince the client on scope, approach and timelines. Effort estimation for the scope of work.

Technical Competencies :

- Cyber Program Management - Should have the experience of managing Cyber programs around Managed Security Services/ Identity and Access Management/ Threat & Vulnerability Management/ Incident response etc.

- Consulting Expertise - Strong Consulting capabilities in Cyber security domain.

- Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving - Ability to identify and solve problems objectively using analysis, experience and judgement.

- Technical Review - Strong expertise in doing technical reviews of deliverables/ interim-deliverables/ work products.

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelors in Engineering or equivalent, with

- Professional certifications - CISA/ CISSP/ CISM/ CEH

- Only those who have experience in Sales/ BD in Cyber Security sales can apply.
