- Expertise in performing complex data analysis to determine the best pay and benefits plans for an organization and aligned reward policy to business objectives
- Competent in benchmarking, designing and implementing benefits programmes that were cost effective, high value and reflected company and employee priorities
- Exhibited talent in developing & implementing the reward strategy, including salary benchmarking, pension arrangements, benefits management and annual compensation events such as bonus and salary review
- Highly skilled in managing policies relating to internal transfers including immigration, expatriate taxation and mobility practices
- Designed a Total Rewards strategy to drive business performance and enhance the company's employee value proposition
- Strong experience as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist.
- Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management
- Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems
- Adequate knowledge of current labour rules and regulations
- Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits
- Extensive knowledge of HRIS and MS Office.
Minimum experience required is in the range of 12 - 16 Years.
