Associate Director : Residential Services

- Responsible for establish Residential Business in Mumbai region.

- To achieve set revenue targets and to ensure year on year growth on top line and bottom line.

- Team building and team management.

- Establish and maintain developer relations for generating business opportunities.

- To develop new channels for lead generation.

- To ensure client satisfaction with quality service and delivery.

- Responsible for lead generation, maintaining the client database and providing business opportunities for the team.

- Dealing with ultra HNI and Corporate clients.

People preferably from Banking, Insurance, Real estate developer firm, IPC.
