Responsibilities for Project Director / projects head / Development Management:

- Oversee and manage the successful completion of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

- Supervise project teams, manage financial aspects, and strategically mitigate risks across all stages.

- Conduct due diligence on new opportunities and ensure compliance with local byelaws and statutory approval processes.

- Coordinate pre-construction, construction, and post-construction activities, including design, procurement, and vendor development.

- Drive team development and ensure all project stages are completed according to the schedule. play a vital role in team development and project execution.
