- Job Description:
- Responsible for developing and maintaining strong long term key client relationships with the set of clients already in existence in order to extract maximum business by engaging in a professional and timely manner
- In-depth knowledge of clients wealth and family circumstances being a source of informal advice for trust related parties and advisers to the most complex issues adhering to professionalism and time management
- To trouble shoot, identify and rectify problems at an early stage
- To identify the needs of the clients and co-ordinate with the various departments to live up to the expectations of the clients in terms of client satisfaction and thereby, enabling smooth functioning
- To in-built confidence and trust in the clients
- Maximize client retention
- Responsible for increasing revenue and increase inflows of net new money, achieving growth by leveraging brand and its network
