- The Associate Director - Regulatory Compliances & Projects (IFS) is responsible for ensuring Cabin Crew operations comply with all applicable regulations and safety standards.
- This role involves monitoring reports, identifying trends, and using data analysis to enhance in-flight safety and service quality.
- In the absence of the Director - Safety & Projects (IFS), the Associate Director will assume responsibilities in coordination with HOD IFS.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain safety standards for IFS and conduct investigations to identify root causes of deviations.
- Ensure IOSA compliance across all areas of Cabin Crew operations and suggest policy enhancements.
- Oversee audit and surveillance findings from regulators, internal audits, and flight safety departments.
- Monitor flight reports, identify trends, and implement improvements in IFS safety and service experience.
-Track fatigue reports and share findings with senior management.
- Execute the internal quality control program, including base audits, surveillance, and FDTL monitoring.
- Collaborate with Regulatory Compliance, Cabin Safety Training, and Operations teams to enhance safety protocols.
- Ensure the communication of safety-related information to key personnel.
- Participate in emergency response planning and implementation.
- Analyze IFS data and recommend process enhancements for crew-related tasks.
- Assist the Director - Safety & Projects on assigned IT/IFS projects, focusing on Service Standards, Operations, and Safety requirements.
- Enhance Crew Resource Management (CRM) through analysis of Commander Trip Reports (CTR).
- Contribute to risk management and compliance activities, ensuring the Hazard and Risk Register are updated.
Skills and Qualifications Required
- Strong risk management and regulatory compliance expertise.
- Experience in regulatory monitoring, auditing, and quality control.
- Data analysis and trend identification capabilities.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of IFS safety standards and compliance requirements.
- Ability to manage projects, training programs, and regulatory affairs
