One of our leading BPO clients is looking Associate Director role who has strong work experience in Regulatory compliance in Noida and Mumbai.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Designation: Associate Director

Experience: 11 - 14 Years

Qualification: LLB / MBA/ PMP

Location: Noida and Mumbai

The primary responsibilities include:

- Leading, managing and inspiring a team of compliance professionals

- Guiding project managers with engagement set-up during the implementation stage, and retaining general oversight in the day-to-day functioning and management of engagements in steady state

- Being the go-to-person for redressal of any engagement, client- or personnel- related issues

- Working with senior subject matter experts on foundation level training programs for new hires, and ongoing training and upskilling of other team members

- Being responsible for the career growth, motivation and retention of team members

- Ensuring service delivery in accordance with the agreed project scope, ensuring overall client satisfaction and compliance with SLAs, and actively identifying client needs and ways to fulfill those needs

- Working with the Sales team to craft solutions and proposals for new client opportunities

- Collaborating with the leadership team in overall strategy including identifying additional areas for service delivery and

COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

- Strong Project Management skills

- Prior experience in managing and handling large compliance projects

- Team handling experience

- Prior experience with GRC platforms

- Understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks and how they impact global financial institutions

- Intimate knowledge of banking taxonomy and structure, including financial products

- Strong client and external party-facing skills: main point of contact with external representatives in connection with particular projects.

- Highly responsive to the needs of both internal as well as external clients

- Strong presentation and training skills; project-specific training is a core responsibility

- High level of analytical & logical skills

- High level of attention to detail

- Excellent communication and writing skills

- Expertise in researching laws of unfamiliar jurisdictions - Searching, exploring and extricating information (both online and otherwise) on unfamiliar topics specifically related to company laws, regulations and procedures of various countries

- Expertise in analyzing corporate laws and procedures and recognizing their practical/administrative aspects

- Expertise in managing and tracking huge number of deadlines across geographies and clients, prioritizing client deliverables, and pacing out activity to ensure full adherence to all deadline
