Position Title : Associate Director - Regional Business Operations Meerut/Ahmedabad/Mumbai

Location - Meerut/Mumbai/Ahmedabad

Salary : Up to 25 lacs

- Looking for candidates who are already based out of Meerut/Ahmedabad/Mumbai or Willing to relocate to Meerut/Ahmedabad/Mumbai

JOB PURPOSE :

- To Drive the Revenue growth of the Region

KEY DELIVERABLES :

- Expertise in handling Business Operations (in sectors like Logistics, E-Commerce, Retail, Telecom).

- Ability to manage operating costs.

- Ability to influence decision-making processes both internally and externally.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Overall Accountability for Regional Operations.

- Effectively strategizing & handling Logistics operations, maintenance and route optimization for the assigned region.

- Identifying & managing risk factors during operations - Analyzing operations carried out with proper infrastructures, like manpower, vehicles, trunks, locks etc.

- Managing ATM's & CDP in the region.

- Fleet Management

- Manpower Management

- Effectively handle process-related improvements

- Liaison with government bodies (RTO, Police, and Local Municipal officials, etc.)

- Provide efficient and effective customer service to achieve high client satisfaction levels.

- Conduct Regular Audits - Keeping a close watch on process adherence & conduction surprise audits

Qualifications : Graduate/PG with a minimum of 15-18 years of experience
