1. Reconciliation and Control - You will ensure that appropriate client money regulations and controls on customer assets are adhered particularly in the protection of customer assets and client monies.
2. Operations - You will provide focus and leadership to the team based in the India Service Center, motivating the teams to meet and exceed the current process SLAs.
3. Continuous engagement with UK counterparts to ensure smooth functioning of the processes.
4. You will be responsible to ensure processes and systems are laid down and implemented with continuous process improvements.
5. You should have a good understanding of current FCA's CASS Rules relating to Client Money and Assets and their protection, particularly around reconciliations.
