Associate Director - Reconciliation & Chargeback Operations - FinTech/Banking

Job Profile :

- Leading Recon and Chargeback team

- Ensure organization level daily reconciliation of all accounts and CMS balances

- Timely closure of all customer complaints related to card transactions

- Regulatory reporting to bank as agreed frequency and during timelines

- Complete automation and process improvisation to ensure smooth functioning of recon and chargeback operations.

- Card transactions Cost and Revenue analysis

- Regular bank & team meetings to ensure smooth process

Requirements :

- 12-15 years of work experience in Reconciliation & Chargeback Operations

- Graduate or Post Graduate in finance & accounting from universities.

Should Have :

- Knowledge of card transactions cost and revenue

- Understanding of commercials and invoicing process

- Guidelines related PPI and Credit card operations

Nice to Have :

- Understanding and experience on Card Management life cycle

- Banking operations experience Work Location

- Excellent written & verbal communication skills (Fluency in English is mandatory)

- Sound Analytical & Logical Reasoning skills

- Proficient in MS applications to ensure analysis, reporting & documentation)

- Experience in fintech/banking is a plus
