About our Client - Our client is a leading asset management firm with significant growth plans for the India region, our client is embarking on the next stage of the development of their Global Centre based out of Delhi NCR. As part of their growth plans, they are looking for an Associate Director to lead their Reconciliations & Control function. They are looking for a highly talented, innovative and collaborative leader to grow their existing setup.
Job Description - As an Associate Director you shall be a deputy site head and your key responsibilities shall include:
- Managing the reconciliation & control team while providing leadership to the teams to meet and exceed the current process SLAs
- Working closely with the global counterparts across departments to ensure smooth functioning of the processes
- Driving customer service culture within the department and work towards retaining existing business and attract new business for the organization
- Ensuring that appropriate client money regulations and controls on customer assets are adhered to and best practice standards are maintained across all activities with focus on protection of customer assets and client monies
The Successful Candidate - You will be a Graduate / Post Graduate with over 14 years of strong experience in the reconciliation & cash operations domain
- You will have proven experience of managing large size teams and processes and strong track record of people management and working with senior stakeholders
- You will have good understanding of current FCA Client Money and Asset (CASS) relating to Client Money and Assets and their protection, particularly around reconciliations
