- Responsible for end-to-end Training deliverable for all RCM businesses - AR, Medical Coding PreAuthorization, Customer service, Patient scheduling, Payment posting, and Credit balance.
- Evaluate current training programs and update content to reflect industry best practices and regulatory changes.
- Ensure new hires / experienced hires / certified hires are trained within optimized time and enable trainees to meet their ramp up targets effectively.
- Establish Training process - Training calendar, Training reports, Trainees' and Trainers' performance evaluation, etc
- Plan monthly PKTs, refresher training, and bottom quartile training needs
- Training through put, first pass ratio and timelines are optimized and achieved consistently.
- Responsible for talent retention both Trainers and Trainees
- Create hybrid model training programs covering Instructor lead training (ILT) and E-Learning (Self learning videos)
