- Responsible for managing a team of 2 direct reports and 10 indirect ones; responsible for strategy and growing the business

- Lead, engage and develop employees in a motivational manner; Excel in communication/explanation of facts, practices, and policies to others within and/or outside own organisation

- Looking for good pedigree consulting people with 8+ years of work ex however are open to look at other industries and functions if the person has strong leadership and strategic mindset

- Significant experience with leading other leaders; proven track record

- Significant proven project management experience from top tier consultancy

- Experience and relationships with Senior management is a must
