The resource will lead all Corporate level projects. Appropriate teams shall be formed for each project and later on disbanded once the project is over. While each project will have its own project management team structure, resource should be to:
- Manage 2-3 big size Corporate projects in parallel and ~30-40 projects.
- Ensuring the successful design, implementation and commissioning of the project within timelines and budget.
- Managing and meeting Customer Expectations.
- Keep an eye on the ROI of the project and report projects with bad ROI.
- Ensuring the work is being executed as per the Project Plan, any deviations are to be recorded and reported to the stakeholders.
- Ensuring Change Management is being followed at site to ensure addition / deletion from the scope is being recorded and reported as per the change management process.
- Monitoring & Controlling projects with respect to financial compliance & team management.
- Preparing appropriate project management reviews - working on project control book, baselines & resulting data required for reporting business unit.
- Have the ability to troubleshoot in case the project team runs into obstacles.
- Accountable for the delivery of corporate projects to our Management.
- Provide management with options where project teams require help or intervention.
