Associate Director/Program Manager - Consulting Firm - IIT/NIT/BITS/IIM/ISB/TISS/XLRI

1. candidate from Ola, Swiggy, zomato or tier 1 FMCG firm

2. candidate should have strong communication skills

3. candidate should have strong experience of leading multiple operations team

4. candidate from B.Tech/B.E. or MBA from Tier 1 institute

About the role:

1. As an Associate Director/ Program manager, you will be working closely with the senior management to strategize and ideate long term and short term initiatives for our clients and then work with the stakeholders in the party/government to get them implemented.

2. The role is similar to those in a general management consultancy firm.

Specifically, here are some of the day-to-day responsibilities that you will handle:

Job responsibilities:

1. Create project plans, milestones, timelines, resource requirements etc. for project implementation

2. Head a team comprising of associate program managers and functional experts to ensure timely execution of projects

3. Showcase pro-active stakeholder management to ensure long-term relationship of the firm with our clients at the state and national level

Requirements for the Job :

1. In terms of educational background, skills and experience, we expect that:

- You are an undergraduate/postgraduate from a premier institute (IIT, NIT, DU, BITS, NLU, IIM, ISB, TISS, etc.)

2. You have 5-15 years of experience in the field of operations etc.

3. Should have heavy operations experience

4. Should have managed remote teams and should have managed multiple zonal teams from central team

5. Preferably people from any FMCG or Logistics Companies/ Aggretator with good attention to detail
