We need a strong and experienced Associate Director who can manage huge highly visible and strategic program of client.

The candidate must have handled a program of more than 60+ team members operating from different locations.

The candidate should have at least 13+ years of experience in IT industry with good management skills.

Must have:

- Proven Program Management track record.

- Excellent in stake holder management

- Good verbal and written communication skills

- Experience in guiding and mentoring team

- Able to manage client expectations and ensure alignment with client strategic initiatives

- Able to manage multiple stakeholder and should have ability to interact with Delivery Heads and Business Head level executives

- Provide thought partnership by suggesting and implementing best practices

- Able to coordinate with multiple business owners

- Able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders including onsite-offshore team

- Should be able to identify risk/issues and provide appropriate mitigation
