Associate Director - Program & Impact - NGO

As the Associate Director of Program & Impact, you will play a pivotal role in leading our efforts to drive meaningful and sustainable impact across our programs at scale. You will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and evaluation of our initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will provide strategic leadership, manage a team of senior program managers and coordinators, and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve our mission.

Key Responsibilities but not limited to:

1. Program Leadership: Led the development and execution of programs, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies and objectives.

2. Impact Evaluation: Design and implement robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess the effectiveness and impact of our initiatives.

3. Strategic Planning: Contribute to the formulation of organizational strategies and annual operating plans, with a focus on maximizing program impact and scalability.

4. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with government partners, educational institutions, donors, and other stakeholders to foster collaboration and support for our programs

5. Team Management: Provide leadership and guidance to a team of program managers and coordinators, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

6. Capacity Building: Identify training and development needs for staff and partners, and oversee the implementation of capacity-building initiatives to enhance program effectiveness.

7. Resource Mobilization: Support fundraising efforts by contributing to proposal development, donor engagement, and reporting, ensuring alignment with program priorities and impact objectives.

8. Knowledge Management: Promote a culture of learning and knowledge-sharing within the organization, capturing best practices, lessons learned, and innovative approaches to inform program design and implementation.
