Job description:

XED is looking for experienced Associate Director Program Delivery who is passionate about Executive Education and have the ability to lead a team and organise and deliver a program though online platforms and physical classrooms. They should have the skills to engage with faculty from premier universities and participants who represent the Senior Industry leaders and executives. Fluency in written and spoken English is a must, as our program participants are global, residing all across the world.

The Associate Director-Program Delivery tasks may include the following:

- Partner with business development teams to plan and deliver executive education programs aligning with customer competencies and training priorities.

- Provide quality oversight for all active executive education programs.

- Identify professional executive education development needs of clients and work with business development directors to propose appropriate solutions to potential stakeholders.

- Coordinate client program implementation, delivery, orientation and ongoing aid to ensure timely project launch and customer satisfaction.

- Deliver effective presentations to client program participants.

- Develop and oversee customer retention campaigns.

- Conduct frequent client review calls with contacts to provide program updates and success metrics to articulate customer's return on expectation.

- Maintain customer relationships to ensure future business.

- Aid the effort to evaluate, design, and develop or improve tools and processes to ensure efficient and accurate systems.

- Train and oversee a team of Program Coordinators and Program Assistants, providing effective guidance, delegation, coaching, performance management, and team development.

- Provide guidance to the Regional Director of Operations and Delivery with the assignment of program managers and coordinators to ensure the successful delivery of custom, immersion, and open enrolment programs.

- Assist with overseeing the accommodation and travel arrangements for faculty teaching in the in-person programs.

The Candidate:

Candidates, based in Mumbai, with around 8 to 10 years of experience as Program Delivery in the Executive Education space or an individual who has conducted events in the hospitality sector are encouraged to reply. This is a blend of Hybrid and work from home opportunity and a possibility of travel
