Associate Director - Product Success - Software Business - North America/EU Markets

For an enterprise software client we are hiring an associate director.

Following are mandatory for the role :

- 10-15 years experience ( not more)

- Handled P&L

- Leadership experience

- US/EU market exposure

- Account management

- Tier 1 MBA with 10-15 years experience in account management of multiple accounts in North America/EU markets, handling a team.

- Should have handled a book size of USD 20 million.

- SaaS industry experience would be a big plus.

- Will manage 200+ accounts

- Lead a team of product specialists to drive product adoption across the clients

- Experienced in enterprise software services focusing on data analytics, digital media and/or social account management

- Ideal candidate must be at a current CTC of 25-40 Lakhs PA.
