Associate Director - Product Manager - Fintech

Job Description:

- Explore, define and lead new business pursuits to meet revenue and profitability targets.

- Define and create the quarterly product roadmaps in-line with the long-term vision and goals of the business.

- Define and own the business metrics and map each business metrics to each problem an set targets for improvement.

- Design robust and scalable solutions and Map solutions to specific problems

- Communicate the roadmap with all the stakeholders and get the sign off on the plan.

- Keep an eagle eye on the development effort w.r.t speed, quality, and accuracy.

- Keep business stakeholders informed on the progress of the development and timelines.

- Execute strategies that will drive measurable growth in adoption and engagement.

- Design and drive Product training programs to internal and external stakeholders.

- Build and manage a team of product managers/Analysts/Designers.

- Provide technical leadership to the team on major projects.

- Create a clear career path for the team beneath. Nurture and grow them with regular and deep mentoring.

Attributes we are looking for:-

- You have at least 5 years of total work experience with 3+ years of product management experience.

- Education from Top tier engineering college - Graduation and/or MBA is a must.

- You have a proven track record of building and shipping high quality products for bharat users (tier 3 and below users) which saw massive adoption.

- You have experience with building android and web applications and interfaces with modern UX/UI patterns.

- You have led a team of Product Managers/Analysts/Designers in the past for at least 2 years.

- You have an engineering / technical / marketing background that will allow you to reason about product trade-offs and make good choices with minimal inputs from engineers.

- You have end to end experience of managing customer experience & engagement, financial product launches, app and backend infrastructure.

- You have good understanding of the collections and loan management system and have the ability to influence the NPA metrics.
