Job Description

This role will give you the opportunity to work within one of the leading and fastest growing B2B Fintech startups in India across payments, banking and lending domains. You will also dabble with growth, user & developer experience and distribution of developer apps.

We are looking for a Product AD who can lead the charter of acquisition growth and experience, help with faster onboarding, understands SEO, help enhance user experience and build the developer portal and documentation platform. You will be working across growth, signup, onboarding, programmatic SEO, developer experience, app store and design systems. We are looking for someone who has had people management experience and preferably worked in consumer facing, growth focused, design led environments.

Associate Directors in the Product team oversee significant scope with company-wide impact, lead a product team and are responsible for driving results via end-to-end Product Management and coordination with other functions.

You will be a good fit for this role if

- You have 7+ years of product experience across mobile and web

- You have led a team of 2-3 PMs

- You have experience with user acquisition and growth

- You are passionate about user experience and developer experience

- Detail orientation comes naturally to you

- You understand technology, and love user-first & impact-oriented thinking

Job Description

- Product Research & conceptualization: Your customers will be merchants and developers. Ensures conceptualization from a platform and a long-term view. Drive product conceptualization with a problem first, self-serve, iterative, test driven and data-informed approach.

- Devise Product Strategy: Define both long term strategy and quarterly roadmap to achieve the product vision and create impact.

- Manage Team and stakeholders: You are good with written and verbal communication and can handle stakeholders. You will hire, coach and mentor team members, set their goals and make quarterly assessments for their performance and growth plan.

- Launch products: Plan and execute a go-to-market plan for internal and external customers. Be the internal and external authority and advocate for your given area of focus.
