The responsibilities of the role include:
- Responsible to lead practice initiatives for business growth
- Responsible for client interaction to gather business requirements
- Responsible for client interaction on technical options/solutions
- Responsible for strategic, planning and execution for product development
- Responsible to play a role of Performance Manager
- Responsible to lead end to end project / s
- Responsible to prepare presentations and conduct sessions to the client
- Responsible to mentor/coach the team
- Responsible for end-to-end delivery of the products
Requirement:
- Should have the ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment
- Managerial/Leadership experience is necessary
- Hans-on experience in product development using MS Technologies
- Hands-on experience in Full stack development
- Hands-on experience in SCRUM/Agile methodologies
- Hands-on experience in DevOps pipeline
- Hands-on experience in Cloud Technologies (Azure, AWS)
- Should have minimum 2 years of experience on end-to-end product development/implementation.
- Having Certification on any MS product is an added advantage
Experience & Background:
- Graduate/Post-Graduate qualification B.Tech./BCA/MBA/M-Tech/MCA
- Relevant experience for 14-16 years
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Excellent Presentation Skills
- Any exposure to Tax Technologies a definite positive.
