Job Description
- Devising and implementing sales strategies in private wealth segments (UHNI and HNI segments
- Prospecting and engagements
- Devising and implementing sales strategies in private wealth segments (UHNI and HNI segments)
- Leverage marketing and other tools to augment sales and relationship
- Ensure client retention and increase in wallet share
- Use financial acumen and investment expertise to review a client's personal data, align clients need through superior service, seamlessly align service delivery for enhanced experience; thereby helping the client reach short term and long-term investment goals
- Focus on business development across assets & fee to sustain and achieve growth in relationship value, revenues & improved client stickiness
- Achievement of product-wise targets and cross selling products as per the demographic, lifestyle and risk profiling
- Conduct risk profiling of all mapped clients and showcase investment products as per the Client risk profile
- Decision making skills with strong sense of ownership and ability to work under pressure
- Ensure compliance with key regulatory requirements
- Meet with clients to form a financial outlook including expenses, income, insurance coverage, objectives, tax status, risk tolerance, or other elements to build a financial plan
- Analyze market performance, investments, and client data to develop strategies for meeting clients' financial goal
- Interpret and prepare income projections, financial summaries, and investment performance reports,
and manage and update client portfolios accordingly
