We are currently hiring for a MNC Bank Associate Director : Priority Clients (Premium Banking - Strategy).

Job Purpose :

- Establish, drive and co-ordinate the country strategy, execution and priorities to deliver sustainable growth across Priority Clients, ensuring that we fulfill our potential and realize the significant revenue and operating profit growth opportunity that the segment represents.

- Develop Customer Value Proposition, service and relationship management experience that is distinctive, market-leading and scalable, while being consistent with the global strategy and framework.

- Identify flaws and limitations in product design and escalate to Retail & Wealth Management Product for resolution. Similarly identify flaws in processing and escalate to GTO for resolution.

- Determine the optimal balance of branch and other channel usage, and in collaboration with the country team ensure plans are developed and implemented to drive new business sales and Assets Under Management (AUM), across all product groups.

Key Responsibilities & Job Dimensions :

- Create/Design/Improvise a robust lead management mechanism through various acquired/in-house bases, and track success for the desired results to support the Acquisition Team

- To be abreast to the Market in terms of developing and communicating the CVPs for the customer segment, by mapping competition Data, tying up with external agency for any proposition enhancement

- Increase revenue product per customers (PPC) as key KPI, and develop strategies, design, communication and drive through the sourcing channel to achieve the PPC goal

- Collaborate with country/region Risk, GTO and Product to develop and enhance /customize to segmented customer within, consistent with the global framework.

- Ensure Quality On-boarding of Priority Clients and continuously give feedback to the sourcing channel with a concrete action plan to drive the key KPI of Qualification, Revenue PPC at MOB 3

- Improving levels of capability and productivity as well as process efficiency for PIB clients who are on Boarded

- In conjunction with Acquisition Heads, build, lead and up tier the PC team and ensure that they work effectively with all partners and stakeholders (Risk, Branches, Ops, CSG, L&C, FCR etc)

- Manage the budget, ensuring it is met and accurately forecasted throughout the year.

- Support Acquisition Heads through coordinating the implementation of the global on-boarding PC strategy across the region.

- Champion migration of best practices observed in countries across the region.

Note : Candidates having significant experience in a similar role from Premier B-Schools would be preferred.
