Associate Director - Primary Research - KPO

Role:

Delivery:

- Execute Online Quantitative and IDI recruitment projects for clients.

- Build a team of research executives (start with 3-4 and then expand as needed) for executing research studies. (Work closely with HR/Recruiter for hiring, interview etc.)

- Efficient Execution of client projects ensuring client satisfaction and meeting project timelines and margin goals.

- Build deep relationship with clients to help in growing business with the Clients

- Data Analysis - Explore data visualization products (Q, DisplayR) to implement them on client projects.

- Training and Soft skill (across all delivery teams) - Contribute to help improvise existing training programs for CATI interviewers

- Content creation - contribute to marketing by creating periodical market facing content. (blogs, case studies, articles

Project related tasks (indicative not exhaustive) may include:

- Articulate client's requirement and deliver the most viable solution to clients

- Review study materials, prepare discussion pointers and lead client kick off calls

- Conduct background research required to thoroughly understand study requirements and questionnaire.

- Develop detailed project plans with interim milestones and contingency plans.

- Identify additional logics, validations and other improvement opportunities in survey questionnaires

- Manage interviewing team deployed on the project.

- Ensure project productivity targets are met as per budget

- Conduct pre-test interviews as needed to test questionnaire flow and logics.

- Liaise with survey programming team to get the survey programed and then thoroughly test survey links before sharing with client.

- Coordinate with client and internal teams to ensure survey links and approved and ready to be deployed

- Work with translations agencies as needed to get the survey translated into applicable languages

- Design data quality check list, perform regular data checks and take appropriate corrective actions

- Engage with clients throughout the course of the engagement through emails/check-in calls

- Keep a track of project milestones and ensure adherence to project plans

- Review and analyze study results and prepare top line reports as and when applicable.
