We are hiring for an MNC Bank "Associate Director Portfolio Management, Business Banking"

Job Purpose :

Business Banking Portfolio management

Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible for activation and deepening of BB portfolio which includes creating Process, Communication offers, and Portfolio triggers

- Responsible for portfolio analysis as well relevant triggers/interventions basis the same

- Develop relevant CVPs & set up on-ground events / micro-site programs to enhance client engagement

- Responsible for tracking and growing PPC

- Responsible for CR scorecard tracking and relevant changes from time to time in alignment to business strategy

- Responsible for all providing inputs on various risk forums, group reporting, review decks and updates for business banking

- Responsible for activating and tracking cross sell/up sell campaigns which includes Campaign design, Execution including activating multiple channel and tracking

- Responsible for attrition management of all the business banking products which includes, Process, Campaigns/Initiatives and tracking

- Responsible for market mapping, competition information

- Ensure that all regulatory and legal requirements are fulfilled as defined by local regulatory bodies and Bank policies. Develop processes and controls to mitigate any regulatory risks and ensure they are audit compliant.

Candidate Preference And Experience :

- MBA / Post Graduate from a leading institute

- Information/ understanding/experience of trade working capital offerings

- Strong analytical, problem solving, networking and financial management skills.

- In-depth knowledge of products, services and delivery channels available for Business client customers.

- Informed in market competition, industry practices and regulations for Business client assets products.
