Hiring for Leadership role for an Associate Director position with an Ecommerce Giant in Bangalore

- We are actively looking for a dynamic personality for the role of an Associate Director - P&L . The role will be based out of Bangalore. The applicant has to be an MBA Tier 1 Passout of year 2010/2011/2012.

- Electronics and Consumer Durables background required!

- Key KRAs would include business growth, strategy, profitability,category growth, exclusivity, complete P&L, team development, vendor relationship management etc.

- Know the value chain: Understand vendor & Organisation's value chain end-to-end, identify opportunities for P&L optimization and profitability.

- This person would have the opportunity to create an impact in the industry and place oneself in line for higher positions in the BU or other parts of the org.

- Work with different teams across the organization to get a 360-degree exposure and influence Business strategy

- Develop the business model: Go deep, understand where opportunities are and create a viable business model to service the opportunities

- Know the market : Stay on top of trends in an ever-changing landscape, find opportunities and prioritize based on size, internal capabilities, etc.

- Own pricing strategy based on market potential, consumer insights, margins, competitive signals, etc.
