Key Responsibilities:

1. Build and manage acquisition campaigns across various channels including social, SEM, and display to drive revenue and increase ROI.

2. Analyze and optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights and strategy using quantitative analysis, Work with creative and marketing teams to test strategies and innovation.

3. Effectively communicate complicated analyses by developing easy-to-use reporting or visualization dashboards (demand funnel, marketing planning and budgeting, marketing ROI, operational efficiency, campaign impact, awareness, events, and strategic KPIs).

4. Setting up KPI - Performance marketing keeps a keen eye on emerging metrics that are important for performance management and optimization.

5. They harness these insights to fine-tune their strategies and campaigns.

6. In-platform execution experience setting up campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google AdWords and Identifying marketing performance issues and pinpointing the root cause analysis with the help of analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

7. Deep understanding of data or data modeling and able to objectively identify insights for sharing with stakeholders.

8. Strong proven track record for managing millions in ad spend.

9. Deliver quantifiable improvements in ROI and cost per conversion (CPA) across all channels.

10. Conduct regular conversion rate optimization audits and execute A/B tests, and user testing/feedback to improve conversion rates across the brands' digital channels and assets.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Minimum 4-8 years of progressive experience in Digital and Performance marketing roles within the fashion or e-commerce industry.

- Extensive experience in Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) strategies, including customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.

- Helping D2C brands scale their online business keeping profitability to sustain the tough competition with Established Deep Pocket Giants.

- Google Ads Search, Display certified or GAIQ certified.

- Campaign Management

- ROI Enhancement

- Team Management.

- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Marketing communications, Business
