Position Title - Associate Director- PDL
Educational Qualification : M.Pharm with 15 yrs experience
Reports to : Director- PDL
Job Profile:
- Total responsibility of Product / Process Development activities and Documentation control for all Domestic & International locations. Technology transfer to facilitate site variations.
- System Integration for all Process development labs.
- To ensure all time readiness for Audits & inspections by Regulatory Agencies.
- To facilitate projects related to optimization of products / process, cost reduction, quality and productivity improvement.
- To facilitate optimum resources utilization and continuous up gradation of the productivity and quality of products/packs through process simplification, automation, standardization & cost reduction.
- Assessment and Planning of Work
- Work is generated ~ 60% by own initiative, 10% by supervising Director and 30% by other people in the organization
- The work is planned ~ 30% by the jobholder and 70% by timelines set by the internal organization
- The way how to do work is ~ 30% jobholder and 70% by internal stakeholders
