Associate Director - B2B SaaS - Outbound sales


Job Overview:

- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Sales Manager with a focus on B2B SaaS product sales to drive our global expansion efforts in a dynamic startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Relationship Development:

- Establish and nurture relationships with key decision- makers and partners, positioning our SaaS products as essential solutions for their needs.

Sales Execution:

- Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating contracts and closing deals.

Team Leadership:

- Build, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, promoting a culture of accountability and excellence.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with product offerings and market needs.

Product Knowledge:

- Maintain an in-depth understanding of our SaaS products, effectively communicating their value propositions to clients.

Competitive Analysis:

- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential threats.

Qualifications:

Experience: 10-12 years of B2B sales experience in SaaS product sales, with a proven track record in international markets.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

Skills:

- Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities

- Proficient in CRM systems and sales analytics tools

- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and drive results

Languages:

- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
