JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will be accountable for recruiting and developing key talent, ensuring that the team is operating to optimal levels and is appropriately resourced to execute with excellence. You will be the key point of contact and the business partner for business segments assigned. You will be expected to build strong relations with the business including sales, finance, supply chain and customer service to deliver the key order to cash KPIs and financial targets.

Responsibilities:

- A member of the global order to cash team

- Ensure that all scope opportunities are proactively managed and seamlessly migrated

- Responsible for cross-functional stakeholder management, verbal and written across all business verticals where service is provided

- Work with the markets to partner that all operational and financial performance targets and obligations are met, and that mitigation is put in place to drive sustained improvement

- Deliver KPIs and SLAs in liaison with the businesses and ensure regular review meetings to identify continuous improvement in ways of working

- Ensure all operational activities are executed on time in full and in accordance with our key financial controls. In addition, proactively identify areas of risk and be accountable for establishing ongoing remediation plans.

- Lead, manage and provide ongoing development of the operational O2C team including professional leadership, general management and continuing development of its' staff and assets. Ensure strong succession plans are in place.

- Accountable for ensuring people/overhead budget adherence and management

- Accountable for ensuring an operational environment of Excellence (continuous improvement) across all processes. Proactively identify efficiency and effectiveness opportunities including leading further strategic initiatives in line with the global process team

- Ensure ongoing self-development of industry best standards and improvements

Required knowledge & skills:

- Degree in area of accounting, finance, or general management

- Proven career experience in delivering a best in class, high performing order to cash process.

- Strong leadership attributes with the capability to engage and develop a diverse, cross-functional team

- Experience with financial aspects of ERP systems (with preference for SAP S/4 HANA and specifically FICO/CFIN modules)

- Knowledge of customer journey, finance processes and a high level of business acumen

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Action oriented to deliver results under time pressure

- High analytical skills

- Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities and adapt to change quickly

- High ability to work cross functionally and cross culturally
