Role Overview:

We are seeking a Associate Director - Operations to lead and optimize teacher operations, ensuring seamless onboarding for students and minimizing wait times for classes. This role will excel in operationalizing sourcing, hiring, training, and retention of teachers, fostering a culture that keeps teachers engaged and attrition rates low.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Teacher Sourcing and Hiring: Develop and implement robust, scalable teacher sourcing and hiring strategies that leverage diverse global channels, ensure compliance with local laws, and attract top teaching talent both locally and internationally.

2. Teacher Retention and Engagement :Design programs to enhance teacher satisfaction, reduce attrition, establish clear career paths, provide training opportunities, implement incentive structures, and build a robust teacher relationship management framework for consistent engagement.

3. Financial Modeling and Operational Efficiency: Develop pay-per-hour compensation models aligned with the company's GM%, optimize student-to-teacher ratios for quality and profitability, monitor key metrics like teacher utilization and retention, collaborate with sales and marketing on expansion plans, and forecast student enrollments to efficiently calculate teacher-hour requirements.

4. Team Leadership :Lead and mentor senior managers across hiring, training, quality assurance, relationship management, and teacher hour management teams, fostering a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and innovation

5. Global Expansion: Expand international teacher hiring channels while ensuring legal compliance, and leverage data and market insights to align supply operations with the company's growth strategy.
