Associate Director - Operations - FinTech/Bank

We are looking for an Associate Director Reconciliation & Chargeback Operations for a leading Fintech Platform.

Job Profile :

- Leading Recon and Chargeback team.

- Ensure organization level daily reconciliation of all accounts and CMS balances.

- Timely closure of all customer complaints related to card transactions.

- Regulatory reporting to bank as agreed frequency and during timelines.

- Complete automation and process improvisation to ensure smooth functioning of recon and chargeback operations.

- Card transactions Cost and Revenue analysis.

- Regular bank & team meetings to ensure smooth process.

Requirements : 12-15 years of work experience in Reconciliation & Chargeback Operations. Graduate or Post Graduate in finance & accounting from universities.

Should Have :

- Knowledge of card transactions cost and revenue.

- Understanding of commercials and invoicing process.

- Guidelines related PPI and Credit card operations.

Nice to Have :

- Understanding and experience on Card Management life cycle.

- Banking operations experience Work Location.

- Excellent written & verbal communication skills (Fluency in English is mandatory).

- Sound Analytical & Logical Reasoning skills.

- Proficient in MS applications to ensure analysis, reporting & documentation).

- Experience in fintech/banking is a plus.
