Associate Director - Operational Risk - Big4

12 to 15 years of relevant experience in Operational risk management and resilience. Preferably from consulting background has exposure of delivering projects in Indian Banks, NBFCs and Global Banks

Technical Skillset:

Strong experience in following aspects:

- Developing operational risk management framework, policies, and procedures in alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

- ORM Policy, Loss data management policy, RCSA, Control testing, KRI, Scenario Analysis, new product assessment, Outsourcing risk

- Implementation of operational risk assessment process, including risk identification, analysis, and evaluation across all LOBs of the Bank

- Design and implement risk mitigation strategies and controls to manage identified risks to acceptable levels.

- Development and execution of business continuity, disaster recovery, and crisis management plans.

- Design and development of risk reporting to senior management and the board

- Development and implementation of conduct risk framework

- Development and implementation of Fraud risk framework and policies

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., FRM, CRISC) preferred.

- Minimum of 12 years of experience in operational risk management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

- Proven track record of developing and implementing risk management frameworks and resilience strategies.

- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to operational risk and resilience.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
