Job Responsibilities :

- Responsible for Servicing existing clients on Audits & Strategic Advisory

- He will have 3-4 teams to collaborate on data. In year 1, there will NOT be a dedicated team for the service.

- Drive revenues by engaging with brands

- Generating New Client Leads, upsell within existing clients

- Strategic Planning for Sales and Business Development

- This person will be responsible for increasing revenue and adding value to existing set of clients through the Media Strategic Advisory service. In addition, he will take to market the Analytics service & bring in both data & revenues over time.

Requirements :

- A senior media professional with 8+ years of media strategy experience & an understanding of Marketing Analytics

- Should have in-depth knowledge about Media Planning & Media Planning tools.

- Should have good understanding of TV & Media Strategy

- A positive personality and an extremely good work ethos

- Must be willing to travel and work with revenue targets

- High integrity is critical given the nature of the business.

- He should have worked on media strategy for blue-chip clients. While TV is the requirement, the ability to drive strategic inputs on digital will be an added advantage

- Excellent knowledge of media trends and consumer behaviour required

- Needs to have a pleasant personality with very good communication skills

- Strong organization skills, attention to detail and a proven ability to manage multiple projects, clients and deadlines.

- Strong oral and written communications skills.
