Role: Sr Manager/Associate Director - Marketing
Reporting to: President
Overview:
As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive awareness, demand, and adoption of our ERP, Hospital Management System (HMS), Point of Sale (POS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Human Resource Management System (HRMS) products, Co-Branded Credit cards. You will be responsible for crafting compelling messaging, coordinating multi-channel campaigns, and analyzing market trends to maximize the effectiveness of our marketing efforts. Your creativity, strategic thinking, and leadership skills will be crucial for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy Development:
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company objectives to promote our software solutions across target markets.
- Identify key customer segments and develop tailored messaging and positioning strategies for each product offering.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing initiatives with sales, product development, and customer support efforts.
2. Campaign Management:
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive customer acquisition.
- Utilize a mix of digital marketing tactics such as email marketing, social media, content marketing, SEO/SEM, and online advertising to reach target audiences.
- Coordinate with creative teams, agencies, and vendors to develop high-quality marketing collateral, including website content, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and videos.
3. Brand Management:
- Manage and maintain the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
- Monitor brand sentiment and perception, and develop strategies to enhance brand awareness and reputation.
- Establish guidelines and standards for brand usage and ensure compliance across internal and external communications.
4. Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the software industry.
- Utilize data and analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry developments, customer needs, and emerging technologies to inform marketing strategies and product positioning.
5. Lead Generation and Nurturing:
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to capture and qualify prospects through various channels, including inbound marketing, events, webinars, and partnerships.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts, and optimize lead handoff processes.
- Implement lead nurturing programs to engage prospects throughout the buyer's journey and drive conversions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in marketing roles within the software industry, with a focus on B2B marketing.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments and levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving innovative marketing initiatives.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
