Role Summary:
- Associate Director will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy, ensuring consistency in solutions go-to-market both internally and externally, and will be the representative and voice of M+C when collaborating with other teams such as change management, offering development, learning, and platform teams
- Business experience working in a global organization preferred, with a focus/interest in external positioning and capability-led marketing campaigns
- Detail driven with a passion for content, process, and program management experience
- Executive presence, impeccable writing and presentation skills, and a strategic, data-led mind-set
- Relationship builder with the ability to turn complex issues and opportunities into simple and powerful narratives.
- Knowledge of core marketing communications essentials, including message development, campaign strategy & execution, internal communications, account-based marketing, and client story development.
- Strong strategic, analytical thinking skills, with demonstrated excellence in creating and articulating integrated sales & marketing programs
- Strong organizational skills, with ability to successfully manage multiple assignments simultaneously while collaborating with a team of marketing and communications professionals.
