- Create and execute GroMo's overall marketing strategy.
- Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote GroMo's brand and improve customer's trust in the platform.
- Own brand guidelines and ensure that brand communications are strong and consistent across all marketing channels.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills to analyze consumer behavior; ability to use customer research, hard data and metrics to backup assumptions, generate credible forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs.
- Data driven analytical user profiling to analyze GP behavior to optimize, scale and improve all new and ongoing marketing campaigns across channels.
- Improve customer retention, engagement, and growth on the platform.
- Develop innovative growth hacks to drive user growth and engagement and benchmark them on trends like user engagement and repeat behavior.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations on the user journey and work on AARRR model (Acquisition - Activation - Retention - Referral - Revenue).
- Monitor KPIs, campaign success benchmarks, and optimize communication. Coordinate budget planning across marketing channels maintaining appropriate control and oversight.
- Develop seamless processes, ongoing reporting & insights generation, and iterative creative optimization
