Responsibilities

Candidate should ideally

1. Should be a CA with a background in transaction tax and FEMA

2. Incumbent should have at least 8 years of post-qualification experience (C.A)

3. Should be presentable and have good written and spoken English skills

4. Should have worked in the Family Business consulting practice for at least 4-5 years

5. Incumbent should have experience in any of the larger Firms or the boutique consulting Firms and should have done work around setting up of Trusts, restructuring promoter entities etc

Qualifications:

CA with minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
