One of our Corporate Banking Client is looking for Legal Managers in their Global Market/ Capital Market Division

Qualification : LLB

Designation : Associate Director

Key Requirements :

- Experience in drafting and negotiating ISDA (Interest Swap Derivative Agreement)

- Experience in policy/process setting up as per RBI requlations

- Candidate with experience in External Commercial Borrowing transaction (ECB) or global market derivative transactions can also apply

Experience :

- Experience with an existing MNC bank will be preferred.

- Candidate willing to re-locate to Mumbai can also apply
