Job Description:

- Advising management on all the legal aspects arising from day-to-day business activities

- Reviewing and drafting of company policies and supporting in enforcement of company directives

Description:

- Lead and take responsibility for effective and efficient management of legal transactional and advisory services and of legal and regulatory risks including technology and commercial support

- Advise management on various business compliance and laws with respect to setting up and operating eCommerce Marketplaces

Profile:

- Should have knowledge of all legal aspects like advisory and contracts, labour laws, risk management and regulatory

- Should have strong experience in FinTech/ eCommerce and a business acumen to work in a fast moving matrix

- Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience
