- Branch banking and operations

- Retails products both assets and liability side

- Retail litigation asset and liability side

- HR/labor matters relating to branch operations

- Audit & Vigilance Department for branch banking and operations (except for corporate matters)

- Advising branched on day to day legal queries relating to opening, operation and maintenance of the accounts

- Drafting, reviewing and updating terms and conditions for various retail products such as saving account, current accounts, term deposits, internet banking (retail & corporate), mobile banking, etc.;
