Role: Associate Director - Legal

Exp: 10 to 15 Years

Location: Hyderabad

CTC: 45 to 48 LPA

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Counsel supports the in-house Legal and Compliance Department on a wide variety of legal matters by dealing with complex matters with multiple stakeholders.

- Draft and review India and US agreements, vendor agreements, contracts and other legal documents.

- Oversee control systems to ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual and internal policy requirements

- Act as an administrator of various enterprise compliance functions, to include both internal and external matters.

- Negotiation and drafting of US based contracts

EXPERIENCES/BACKGROUND:

- J.D. degree from an accredited law school

- Current and active license to practice law in India

- US legal experience or education preferred
